Nathan and his crew showed up 2-3 days/week at most, missed entire weeks at a time and of course, unsurprisingly, missed every deadline ever given to him over the course of several months. Over-budget during the entire course of demolition and subsequent "construction", has "no idea" where the money went. Several of his subs smelled of alcohol and/or were asleep/passed-out on-site. I can post pictures of partially unattached boards in ramps, grommets missing nails in joist supports - can't seem to read a print to save his life which resulted in his inexplicably cutting 12' metal studs down to 10' for no reason whatseover - besides putting in about 1/4 of the metal studs randomly upside down! Mr. Jones can't seem to calculate concrete volumes for a simple rectangular space - it took him three tries to pour what is possibly the worst pad if have ever seen - besides ending up with several ruined wheelbarrows full of cured concrete. And the pad itself is an ankle spring waiting to happen - walking on it makes one feel as tho they are on a ship at sea rocking back and forth. I terminated his contract about a week or two into "construction" - most of which had to be torn down and re-built to print, code and the laws of physics. Nathan also brought junk from another work site and dumped it on our property - clearly stuff from somewhere else as some of the items had phone numbers two area codes away - fake plants, cork boards (with the ads of homes for sale - all two area codes away) - some strange white goo packing peanut garbage - the gamut. His demolition was ok however tho they did end up pilfering some items that they should not have taken - such as the phone company's copper hook-ups among other higher-value scrap.
