I would never recommend Nathan Birdsell as a contractor. He installed a new metal roof on my home in 2018 and I've had 2 leaks since. He also was contracted to do an addition and renovations. He left the job unfinished and the work that was completed was shoddy. The electrical panel is in the wrong place, he stuck an old bathroom window in the office addition, my home was a mess of food wrappers and drink containers. His workers trampled through my home with muddy boots, left a scaffold up in the living room without anything under it so now there is rust stains on my carpet. He did not follow the sketch we discussed and the hot water heater, washer/dry are in reverse positions from where we discussed. His workers placed the office door in the wrong spot. He told me he couldn't finish the job because he was going out of business but it appears he is still in business.
