Absolutely one of the worst we have had work for us. Incompetent, over priced, continued to delay finishing and every aspect of the job was done wrong.

If I could give Nathaniel Cotten and his crew ten stars I would. We have an earth sheltered house, and after 22 years, the roof was leaking horribly. We couldn't find anyone willing to come to our rural home to repair it, and the two contractors before Cotten who said they could build a roof over it disappeared when they realized what they were getting into. I'm pretty sure this has never been done before by anyone. Nathaniel looked at our plans and at the house, knew what to do, and showed up on the day he said he would to get started. He and his crew were knowledgeable and professional from day one to the end. He communicated with us almost daily by text. I just can't say enough about what a wonderful job they did.
