Worst job ever! Buyer Beware! Very unprofessional and amateur workmanship. There are so many bubbles in the floor you can’t count them all. Some bubbles are as large as 3”-9”. The floor has to totally be redone. They used black non skid granules instead of white, on a white floor. The seamless floor has lines of demarcation where the non skid was not carried through. To make matters worse the non skid is lifting every time the floor gets washed. It will be completely off in less than 6 months. This also leaves the floor slippery with a liability nightmare. The painters who claimed to be professionals tried to shake me down for an additional $750. The “not so professional” painters made a complete mess of the newly renovated office tracking paint and spackle through the office. Over 2 dozen obvious drips, overspray on brand new fixtures, paint and spackle all over the floor- to name just a few things. It has taken months to clean up. The walls were not prepped properly. The professionals? painted the front door shut and the metal door closure was also painted?? The painters admitted that they never used white epoxy wall paint and ran out of product. I was charged for 2 coats and barley got one. You can see through the one thin coat and it shows all the imperfections in the walls even where the Sheetrock joins. After telling the painters to “pick up” anything that had to be moved they didn’t listen and dragged heavy equipment scrapping the floor putting huge gashes into the newly laid epoxy. I left extra drop clothes but the medical and skincare equipment never got covered and now have to be professionally serviced because of the dust and the absolute lack of concern for the property of others. Both the floor and the walls were delayed causing a trickle down effect putting every one else behind schedule and costing more for labor and storage. I had to hire additional workers to clean up after these guys because of the huge mess they made. They also overcharged and didn’t deliver. Horrible experience!
