I would not refer this contractor to my worst enemy. He showed up late every day on the job. He pulls out this 4" tile trowel to used on a 10' x 28' kitchen floor (280 sq.feet with a 4" tile trowel?) for smoothing out the concrete. The next day he shows up late again, with a sander to smooth out the imperfections from using this tile trowel, never covered my new kitchen cabinets or block the kitchen off from the rest of my home. We had concrete dust everywhere, stereo, t.v. microwave, furniture, air ducks, ect.... When he used his garden sprayer to spray the primer on our floor, nothing was covered, all my new cabinets was sprayed with this primer, by the way he walked across this wet floor using a shop broom to spread out the primer . He was wearing flip flops, then walked all over my hardwood floors leaving an impression from this primer from his foot. He also cleaned his shop broom with my garden hose on my front yard lawn and you guess it, killed my lawn.
The color we picked out mustang or deer skin, he ran out so he finished our floor with a dark chocolate color he had left over from another job, we now have patches of this color throughout our kitchen floor. Remember this is concrete you can't just do a do-over. Frustrated customer in Placerville, CA.
