Had company replace railing for two stairways and one balcony. Also had landings redone. Job was done in May of 2022. They had to come back twice to address my complaints but at least they tried to do acceptable work. Overall I would rate the job as barely satisfactory. However, recently I noticed railing was already rusting and paint chipping off. I have called several times to have situation addressed but each time I am told by receptionist that a manager will call me back. Hasn’t happened yet. Most likely will wind up in Small Claims court. Don’t use this company.
