Terrible customer service and follow through. I got a metal roof in November of 2014 and have had the screws, on my entire roof rust 4 times and almost right away. I have had nothing but excuses handed to me and the last time it has been over a year... my roof is a light tan and imagine what that looks like. They also informed me my gutters were enough to handle the flow of water going to a metal surface...as I have a pool with a cage so I left it be and that is not the case. It has had terrible over flow and their solution was to put a makeshift splash guard along the outside cage and a shitty drill up the sagging wood job and never take care of the issue. I have wood rot from this. I have made many, many attempts, through calls, emails, letters and get constantly put off. My last call, after a year of being put off AGAIN by the 1 person I keep being told is the ONLY one that can help with a company that is State wide, I tried the owners number on the card 5/13/19) give to me to only get someone called Wayne ( who I have dealt with before) tell me he will have Jerry call me no later than Wed 5/15/19 and today is 5/18/19 with NOTHING. This has literally been on going for 4 years and we are about to start rainy & hurricane season again ( which have also been excuses they do not service their contract) . So I will take legal matters next but after giving them LOTS of time I say buyer BEWARE. I did my research and the selling, licensing, coverage "guarantees" and install was great... but you better pray you have zero issues because that is when they simply do not care . It is hard to get pictures of all the rust but there is a picture to show a part...that is all over my roof... BEYOND Inexcusable after 4 years of trying to get these issues solved.
