    To add a bathroom .fixing leak in my pipes .

    This company is scam.
    1.Company owners are father and son .They have nothing to do with a plumbing. The father is an attorney and son who is at the best plumbing technician .They misrepresent their abilities and advantages of the pipelining technologies as least damaging .which is not true.
    They started project on my pipes in July.with a promise that of additional bathroom.accses .
    the job supposes to be finished within 2 weeks..There never clear information of what are they doing each day weather they will show up for work or not ?
    I have to call.them by 11 every day to figure if they going to be at work or not .I first suspected they nonprofesional when they submitted incorrect pipes location failprovide correct location of pipes underneath my house i .provided them with inspection video by previous estimate of lucenced plumber who had diferent drawing

    Their main claim is there is less invasive and damage for underground dig
    That is not true. Main plumbing technician demolish half of the wall in my house without prior notice and my consent when I stepped out of the house for 2 hours
    The company is highly compartmalized You can not get acountability from Noone .when I started to complain immediately or receive a call from an attorney office and offered s resolution : they can drop everything as it is and leave
    After I paid 80 % of my money

    1.these guys are not plumbers at best they are technicians
    2.They never finish the job
    3.Never showed me a video report prior lining as it states in the contract.and no video footage after.
    I was intimidated and disrespectful brashed off and pointed to the contract which was cleverly created to protect their expected scam
    My washer and dryer has been disconnected for 9 weeks and was forced to use public laundry
    What a nightmare
    by 4 months not finished job and living through disaster .i disputed my 80% deposit for the services .they demanded 100 % and put a lean on my house
    I tried to close a permit on their job Whenever I call inspection it gets automatically canceled by the company
    I felt all my comsumer rights is violated.and would like to warn public about it
