BE AWARE! do not hire this company!
I hired this company to do my whole back yard, build a pool and tile the area. At first they had great costumer service. the sales person Otto Diaz was very attentive and the owner of the company, Freddy Rodriguez even came to my house to answer questions. After I signed the contract and paid the deposit everything changed which shouldn't be surprising. They contract all of their employees and don't actually build the pool. everyone they use are other companies they subcontract to do the work. 2 months after the pool was done I had a big crack and the pool was leaking, it took 4 months to have them come to repair, they ignored all calls and texts
and only after sending a letter from a lawyer they came. They did a terrible work, I had a brand new pool with a thick dark line running along the bottom of it. 3-4 months passed and the pool started leaking again. the leaking caused the tile to sink and now its a major hazard.
we fill the pool weekly even though its constantly raining not avoid ruining the pump. the tile situation is terrible, there is a huge crack in the bottom of the pool and we keep having electricity problems in the brand new electric box they installed. no one return our calls, the completely ignore us! We have warranty provided by them but they don't follow through. we decided to go to court now. Please don't ignore the complaints.

I hired this company back in October to build out a pool for me. Very responsive owner when trying to get our business. Unfortunately once we signed and paid a deposit everything was downhill from there. Everything has taken forever. I am currently in the last stages of my pool project, only a few steps left before being able to call final inspections and Freddy and National Pool Design has disappeared. If you actually get a response from them (seldom) its excuse after excuse and its always a different excuse. Absolutely no consistency. I haven't had a soul work on my pool for close to two months now and even more frustrating after multiple attempts to get a response on when work will resume all I am getting is either crickets or excuses. Pay a little bit more and get a reliable company.
