I like my new roof. But that is only because of the guys who put it on. Davis and his helper were great. They worked 7 hrs. the first day together. The second day, Davis worked he worked 12 by himself. And 4 the next. Alone. The estimate wasn't done correctly. Then the salesman tried to charge ne an extra $500.00. And it's understand the salesman filed a complaint against Davis because he and his helper left at 3:30-4:00 the first day. When they had removed old roof and new plywood in place and started laying shingles. I will never use this company again but I will find Davis for his help. I'm rating 2 stars because after some discussion, they did stick to the quote. No extra charges for me. But Davis gets 5 stars.

Clifford wise, general manager was to install windows and gutters in my home in the city of College Park, Maryland. I have written the Consumers Affair Office and the Better Business Bureau on many occasion requesting the job to be complete
or a refund. Each time he agrees to complete the job and to communicate with me. Mr. Wise statement, he must find someone to complete the job. This job has been paid in full. The gutters that were install leak. Mr. Clifford wise purport to have replace the gutters when I was not at my home, therefore the gutters still leak when it rains and windows have not been replaced. I requested triple pane window. Do not hire this company - he seek elderly consumers to rip them off - such my husband and I. Also, all the contact numbers associated with this company are dead ends, Many consumers are trying in the state of Maryland contact this person Clifford Wise. -

My new roof and windows were done by NRS. The owner Cliff Wise is kind knowledgeable and will go out of his way to ensure you get what you want for your project. His team of workers, these guys were very prompt, professional and clean. They arrived at my home early and stayed all day. They worked relentlessly without breaks. Other then the furniture that was out of place, there was no way of knowing I just had windows put in. These guys are great!!!!!

This business just be aware. I hired Mr. Wise to do two loan projects for my home. One project was the Deck & Awning & the other project was for remodeling my kitchen, bathroom, and much more. This man waiting for months to start the project and my deck is still pending to be completed. It's been a year and he has waited too long to complete the work on my home, no kitchen remodeled, the bathroom has not been completed & all the tile was put down but a part of my kitchen is not done and others not completed as well. He makes promises but he never completes the job. My access lights are not completed they need to be fixed to look neat. One of my loan contracts has expired after a year because he never shows up to complete the job. He's always having problems with his employees because he does not pay them or does not pay them well per discussion with his employees who have worked at my home. I just filed a case with the MHIC which is the MD home improvement commission, because for the 1st loan w/the Deck, I signed the contract and he was paid and never installed the awning. This is what he said, since the other contract has expired due to him, I would need to pay him on the loan that I paid him in full. This is not right in the other contract I can see but it was his fault all around. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE HIRING HIM AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LAWYER AND KEEP ALL YOUR TEXTS AND EMAILS, PLEASE COMMUNICATE THIS WAY JUST IN CASE YOU NEED TO FILE SOMETHING ON MR WISE YOU WILL HAVE A CASE TO WORK WITH, WITH PROOF. I HAVE A BOOK ON TEXT MSSG AND EMAILS, THANK GOD. AM A VERY UNSATIFIELD CUSTOMER.
