Our AC went out during 100 degree temps and Nationwide was dispatched that same day. Although they were scheduled for an 8p appointment, they showed up two hours earlier. You normally don't get this kind of service from a business dispatched by a home warranty company. These two guys were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. Highly recommend Nationwide.

Ralph (Rafael) was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Ralph and is son repaired my friends A/C with expert quality and excellent communication. I am nothing but flabbergasted with this company. If you are looking to do business with people who provide service from a heart centered space, this is it.

Rafael Rivero was not very professional when home warrenty called him to our house. He was in a BIG hurry to get out of here like he was late for something. He didn't fix our A/C unit right the first time because he didn't check everything out, he changed 1 part & told my husband it was fixed & left. He had to call him to come hours later because still wasn't working right. Will never use this company again --- BEWARE!!!

Enjoyed the service these guys put forward right off of the bat. Quick to get to my location, albeit right after a holiday weekend, within 24 hours they figured out exactly which part was needed, had gone to the warehouse to get it, and installed the whole thing. I now sit here in the A/C on my couch never having been so happy for cold air before. These guys will hustle for you and I highly recommend them.
