    This is absolutely the worst subcontractor I have ever worked with. I also wish I'd read the reviews before I started. The price of the home that I bought through Blandford includes a simple front yard landscape with Native Outdoors Landscape. So, rather than completely starting over with a new landscape company it made sense to use them. They were completely unreliable. When they did finally come, after several months, the tree they planted was held up by a cracked bamboo pole and was leaning. I took a picture and let Cobey know that it needed to be taken care of. He assured me that it would be the next day. Since then a storm totally blew the tree over. I sent Cobey pictures and let him know that he was responsible since he'd never taken care of it. By this time I had several dead plants too. Still no answer and nothing taken care of. All the subs I have used with Blandford have been great! I have no idea why they'd keep using him. Everyone on my street is extremely unhappy with Native Outdoors Landscape. I feel like I have no recourse short of filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

    I really wish I would have read the reviews on this company before giving them half the money in June 2020, but they were recommended by our builder Blandford Homes The landscaper sucks I have some holes dug but nothing more. I moved in the home in May of 2020 and the landscape is to be installed 90 days after-and this is the landscaper They never call you back and always have an excuse if you do hear back from them. Anyway, I will be moving on the register of contractors, BBB, and then hiring my own attorney to get my money back pretty quickly here. Disappointed in Mesa!
