They were contracted by a Well known Home Improvement Store to remodel my bathroom. One guy showed up to do the job. It took about a week and then the problems began and 5 years later still looks like a shabby job. A week after installation, my ceiling began to leak and then the water burst though my ceiling into my family room. Master bath - He didn't install the tub correctly so there was a leak. Came to fix that and our ceiling. The grout started crumbling from the ceramic tiles as he did not mix the grout correctly. My toilet doesn't flush unless you hold the handle down...he said it was the model of the toilet and they do that. The shower made banging noises when turned on and the pipes vibrated. Had to come back to fix the shower. The shower is still not properly attached to the wall and it is kind of just sitting in the drywall just hanging there. The hallway bathroom - The grout crumbled in there as well. The wall was bubbling and soggy next to the bathtub. We thought maybe water was getting into the wall somehow. I got a leveler and placed in on the tub and they installed the tub unevenly so the water from the tub was rolling down onto the wall. The said that could not happen. They came out and checked the level and I was right. They repaired it. Now the whole handle to turn their show one fell off. Spent 20,000 on a job worth maybe 6,000 just for parts. All together, they had to come back about 6 times and its still looks like someone read up on how to do installation that morning and then tried it out in the afternoon.
