Natural flow was contracted to replace 3 sets of sliding doors and they have been horrible to deal with. The living room doors were installed with a defective panel, which they reordered,….I had to hire someone else to replace it. We had to wait 6 months for the living room screens and they arrived, 2 right hand screens instead of a left and right. The master bedroom door has a weather stripping problem which Natural flow confirmed.
In the end, Natural Flow damaged my tile inside and outside resulting in a $2,000 cost to me, I had to hire someone to replace the defective panel and They never did the weather stripping. Natural Flow did not stand behind their product or installation. They have put everything on me to contact the manufacturer and get resolution and pay for the repair. DONT USE THEM!!!!
