Natural Vibrations

We have never witnessed a project that thoroughly exceeded our expectations. We knew we wanted a succulent garden, but we never dreamed one could be so spectacular.
We chose Natural Vibrations after reading their exceptional recommendations and visiting one of their gardens nearby.
They were easy to work with from the initial design through completion.
They are a team of three who were always on site, working extremely well together and with us.
Their knowledge of plants and stonework is extraordinary. They combined color, size, shape and blooming season and successfully gave us a low water, low maintenance and year-round stunning garden. By adding boulders and elevation changes, they brilliantly created a three-dimensional perspective that further enhanced the view.
They are hardworking artists and caring perfectionists who simply love their plants and want to please their clients.
It was a joy to work with them, and their work has prompted many comments from walkers by who marvel at the beauty and uniqueness of our glorious garden.

We wanted to update our front landscaping. Kris and Aaron created a design incorporating our ideas. The result is stunning from the planting beds and lighting design to the creative deck, custom arbor over the garage door, meticulous stone wall and beautiful brick steps. All was developed within budget. Their expertise, work ethic and professionalism are exemplary. The neighbors are as excited as we are about our yard. Natural vibrations over promised, under delivered and did not stand behind their work

I hired Natural Vibrations to design and plant our front, back and side yards. They started the job two weeks late, and finished the job almost two months after they said they would. Over the course of the work we made a number of changes, but did not receive an estimate or the cost for those changes until the final day the work was completed. I found the quality of their work to be only fair, and the quality of their record keeping was sloppy.

After me made our final payment of all monies owed, they refused to return my phone calls and email advising them that their attention was required to replace some plants that died and to plant a fruit tree that was called for in our contract. In short, once they were paid they refused to stand behind their work.

There are a lot of quality landscaping companies in the bay area, I'm sorry to say that I would not count Natural Vibrations as one of them. Save yourself the aggravation and go with another contractor.
