The work was good, and the job was done well; however, only 99.5% percent was completed. We were promised on several occasions that sod would be placed to finish the project, but many promises were broken. Numerous texts and a few voice mails had several dates promised, but never delievered. Not to mention that I was asked to pay the second payment in cash, obviously to avoid paying taxes, which I did...which was a mistake. The sad part is that I have several other projects and control many lawn maintenance agreements that Alenjandro lost due to his inability to finish the project and broken promises to put in a small patch of sod.
