This contractor is a total not take responsibility for anything he builds. Very shoddy construction doesn’t know anything about water lines and gets offensively offended. When you’re talking to him I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a house from him not to we have cracks in our walls. We have a wet foundation. The doors were improperly hung and he hit it with trim And we have roofing that was not cut right the shingles when it was installed allowing water to drip down the facia and the rest goes on
