We used Navas Construction to build a second story addition and rear addition to our house. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work and customer service.
After determining that the existing structure would not support the new addition, Manuel rebuilt the first level of the house better than it was before including enlarging all the windows for essentially no additional cost. He went above and beyond what was required for code. For example, when building the foundation for brick siding, he went all the way down to the house foundation instead of building a ledge and when building the foundation for the rear additon, he poured the concrete deeper and better than required. He installed hardwood floors and porcelain tile all of which look beautiful. He took great care and attention to detail in installing the fireplace, shower stall, roof, and even paint and light switches.
Manuel cared for our house as if it were his own. He worked almost every day and even stopped by the house on holidays and rainy days to be sure the house was covered and secured. We asked for very specific building materials in our contract and Manuel delivered on them all. After the work was done, we called him back six months later regarding a problem with the dryer and he came back right away and fixed the problem for free. We highly recommend Navas Construction for the quality, customer service, and fair price.
