My home is on the market and my Realtor chose Navo to perform a septic pumping. When they came out they attempted to locate the lids and it took them over an hour to begin digging even tho I told them where the lids were located. They worked so slow digging by hand, then finally began to pump. The job got done but I got an outrageous invoice. I called Navo to ask what their charges were and it was $300 less than the amount charged on my invoice. I feel like I'm getting ripped off and taken advantage of. Hopefully they can rectify the issue when I call them again.
