They seem to have a good business model by including design and we liked meeting with them. In our case, we did not need design. So in our case, I think we were not the right fit for each other and they did not submit a bid.

We have been working with Gilad from Re-Model Design and Build and have been very happy with the level of communication and effort that Gilad has put into us so far. The proposed cost is within our budget and I am left with a feeling of confidence that this project will move along well. So far we have taken care of hiring an engineer (load bearing wall needs removing) getting an estiame of project cost and I can't wait to get started with the rest of the process.

Our project was managed by Nestor Cabrera. He was wonderful. He communicated frequently and clearly. He managed the team very well. He made sure we knew our options and helped us make the best choices.

Just finalized our plans recently. We are now waiting for permitting and will be working with Re-Model's designer for our open-concept remodel and master suite addition. So far our experience has been very good. Tal and his team are readily available to respond to our questions and clarifications.

We just finished our home improvement project, We added 300sqft to our backyard, and built a new kitchen, converted our existing kitchen to a bedroom, and added a new bath room as well. We are really happy with the way it turned out Thanks to Sol and his company.

We interviewed several contractors and decided to go Remodel Design and Build. Sol was there right from the first time we met him to explain the project until the very last day.

My experience working with him was great. He patiently heard what we wanted and made sure we were satisfied and happy. Any issues we had at the site was addressed and resolved immediately.

We would highly recommend Re-Model Design & Build Co. for a kitchen remodel. While we had a plain idea of what we were looking for, Sol and Tal had a number of brilliant design ideas that they incorporated into the final design. The team was very knowledgeable about all options available and had great ideas and websites to choose products from. They helped us choose the cabinets, finishes, color, countertops, backsplash hardware, lighting and many more small items to complete the project. Tal the project manager was fully involved throughout the duration of our project working closely to manage all the contractors and adjusting the schedule when we ran into issues. The onsite crew were wonderful, hardworking team that completed the project in a timely manner, they were pleasant to talk to and always cleaned up before they left for the day. The whole Re-Model team of Sol, Tal and Annie were a pleasure to work with.

I want to start by saying that my experience with Re-Model Design & Build Co. and Sol, the Project Manager, was stellar! I have dealt with a lot of flakey contractors in the past.

They came on time, followed all of my directions, came back promptly if I thought something else needed to be done, and completed the project within the quoted time.

As a result, I would highly recommend them for bathroom, kitchen or general remodeling. The cost was reasonable for the job done. I will be coming back to them for my rental units in the near future.
