My review is for both the completed job and business and customer interactions:
Job:
The job was done cleanly and accurately for the most part. I requested to get my electrical panel upgraded. The job was started almost immediately after the first deposit was made ($1,100) around November 2019. However, the approval from the electric company went almost into mid-2020. I was waiting for the job to be fully finalized for this entire period, which I did not mind. The only other thing is that the previous panel had some labels incorrectly marking the wrong fuses, which I mentioned and they were still incorrectly marked on the new one, but that's something I can fix myself.
Customer interaction:
In Mid 2020 I contracted the first round of COVID19 and ended up in the ER. The job was approved and officially completed by the electric company during this time. Immediately I began to get harassed for payment. I informed Peak Electric (PE) that I was in the hospital and I needed to isolate. However, they continued to harass me that the check could be left outside the door of my home, but it was not possible because I was in the hospital, didn't have my checkbook, and my family could not sign on my behalf. Two days or so after being chased, I was informed that a mechanics' lien would be placed on my property due to failure to pay. Of course, I got scared. At the time, though, while fighting COVID and leaving the hospital, the first thing I went to do was to provide this check that I was going to pay ANYWAYS and then continued to be sick for two more weeks afterward.
My original plan was to get this covered by my Home Warranty ($2,200 in total) as the device kept going off and failing. I spoke to the Warranty company, and all they needed was the receipts and to speak to the vendor (PE), so I texted them and NEVER got a response. Nevertheless, the Warranty Company told me that it was a lost cause due to no response or receipts.
Work can be great, but work ethics and threats for nonpayments to a customer who is communicating as fast as possible but suffering from COVID19 at the same time is not the way to do it. For this, I rate it two stars.

Lowered it to one star after reading over the messages and realizing how uch this company downplayed my COVID case compared to how severe it was for me.
