NB Plumbing did a lot of work in our home!!! As we worked on remodeling our home more and more plumbing issues kept on coming up so we had NB take care of our water heater, kitchen faucets and water filtration systems,all our bathroom plumbing and do our new basement kitchen plumbing!!!! They were great to work with me and were very flexible. They gave me a great price with discounts and were great to work with and very dependable. Our home looks like new now and we love have plumbing in the house that's working. Thanks

NB’d plumbers didn’t lay down tarp when attempting to unclog my sink, flooded my kitchen with sludge, ruined a $500 rug and the baseboards of my cupboards, and won’t respond to requests for insurance information to fix he damage they caused. Hire only if you enjoy the prospect of a small claims suit to repair their repairs.

I wanted to be able to give NB plumbing a good review. They were on time and got the job done quickly. However, I came home to find that they had cracked the surrounding tiles next to my sink without notifying me or the tenant who was home at the time. They had told them that the pedestal was not removed when clearly it had been. I called the office multiple times to notify them of the damage; I was told that the office manager would call me back though they never did. Ultimately no one from this company took ownership for what they did. The fact that they broke bathroom tiles was not as disappointing to me as much as the fact that no one seemed to care or acknowledge what they had done.
