    NC assets got me out of a real bind. They are brothers who genuinely seemed to care about me and my situation. They werent pushy and they were fair they broke down exactly what they were trying to do and even advised me to try to sell my house on the open market first before taking their offer. Good people and buisness

    Not a fan of solicitation. Please let NC Assets and Mr. Norby know it is NOT ok to knock on doors, make "cold calls", unannounced, uninvited, "drop by", especially during the dinner hour. And, the note left on the door was soliciting to buy a house that did not have a For Sale sign out front. Try Craig's list. Try yellow pages. Try networking. Try houses with signs up. Don't just show up, interrupt, solicit. Try doing some homework as well. That house was just purchased and taken OFF the market.
