Absolutely terrible company to do business with. After signing the contract for the building, I have dealt with 3 different individuals for finalizing the project and getting it scheduled. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing there as none of the individuals have been up to speed on what had previously been discussed with others at the company.
So far, the scheduled installation date given has been changed by them on 3 occasions with nothing more than a lame excuse offered. I continue to wait for the building to be erected.
Only time will tell how the building turns out in regards to quality of product and installation, but given my experience so far, I would never do business with NC Carports & Garages ever again.
