    Room Addition

    NE2AZ was formally hired June 1, 2018. As of today, August 20, 2019, my room addition is still unfinished. It is about 70% completed with 92% of the costs paid for. No one has stepped foot on my property in 3 months. I have filed a complaint with the Phoenix ROC, which others have as well. His bond has been cancelled. I am out quite a bit of money on a monthly basis. I am unable to refinance my home to get a better rate. For a year I have been promised things that have never come to pass. Hopefully I can get help with the Phoenix ROC, but that takes time as well. Needless to say, I do not recommend anyone hiring this company.
