After reading past reviews, I was very nervous when my home warranty assigned Neace to my water heater issue. However, I ended up having a very pleasant experience! I submitted the warranty request on a Sunday evening, Neace called me Monday by 10am to schedule the appointment and sent someone out on Tuesday afternoon. The plumber, Jeremy, answered all my questions and made sure everything was fixed before he left. I've had numerous negative plumbing experiences recently, but this one was pretty good :). Thanks for all your help today, Jeremy!

I’m so surprised by the other reviews based on our experience! Our home warranty co assigned them to us and they followed up quickly, on a Sunday. They had someone out a couple days later (around the holidays even) and throughout a nightmare home warranty situation they followed up, pushed the job through and when they arrived to do the repair they were knowledgeable and efficient. I just wanted to leave our positive experience because it would seem they’ve changed their practices for the better since previous reviews.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company came out to my home under a home warranty to repair a hot water heater. Reaching the office is similar to an act of congress, it takes multiple calls and message before you reach someone. That was the least of the issues, upon arrival the technician, after looking at my water heater, attempted to tell me that my deductible was not a deductible but a co-payment and I would be responsible for anything over what the warranty company did not pay/cover NOT including my deductible. When I told him this was fraud and of my legal background, the technician left my home and then Neace immediately cancelled the job with my warranty company. I called Neace with the warranty company on the line, trying to find out why they cancelled the job. I was not allowed to speak and was told I was rude and threatening fraud to their technician and this why they cancelled. Basically, I would not sign a blank work order stating that the work had been completed and place a TBD in the total line nor would I pay anything over what was provided per my warranty. Had there been no untruths/fraud attempted why would they cancel the job? Their actions speak volumes. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy, stay clear.

By Erich K.July 30, 2019Get an estimate to install gas piping.
Requested a quote for installation of gas piping. Was promised a written estimate “in a few days”. Never got it. Called and spoke to their contact person. After calling me “sweety” and “sweetheart” 50 times in a 5 minute conversation, she promised to email the estimate immediately. Still haven’t gotten it after several days. I guess they don’t need the business!! Given that I can’t get a response out of them, I can only assume that their work product must not be very good either.

By JerryJuly 8, 2019Fix a clogged drain
Lied about having roots in my pipes so they wouldn't have to actually work. Called another plumber and no roots were found and the blockage was fixed in no time. Ended up changing my home warranty company so I wouldn't have to deal with thier lack of professionalism. AVOID.

I would not do business with this company. They just cancelled my service job that I put through via home warranty for a water heater tank that blew out on me. I had instructed them to cancel one service job, but they ended up cancelling both jobs. When I called, the lady on the phone was super rude and would not admit that they had messed up. Instead of apologizing, she became aggressive and hung up. Now I have to wait another two days to get a plumber to change out my water heater. Horrible customer service.

I would not recommend this plumbing service. They came to my house, looked at the job and did not want to do the repair but wanted me to pay a trip charge and diagnostic fee without giving me a written estimate.

Prompt, courteous, answered a lot of questions that I had, and thoroughly explained the process of installing our new water heater! We have used several plumbers over the years, these guys are great!!!!
