DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to put a new metal roof on our home because we knew from the age, it was about due and we wanted it done before we got a leak. We were initially very happy with our roof. Three of our neighbors hired them because of how happy we were. Of the three, two had problems with them. We were so happy, we had no problems. After leaving our home empty for seven months, we come back to a 1 foot by 2 foot dark brown spot on our ceiling. We called them when we got back, three weeks ago. A man came, looked it over and said...'it was an accident. haven't you ever had an accident before?' He acted like it was no big deal. When he left, he stated they would put us on the schedule. After three weeks, we could not seem to get them to come back, until I just called, very upset I might ad, that nobody will come back. They said they are backed up. I told them I don't feel we should wait in line for them to come and repair THEIR mistake. Horrible, horrible customer service. They said Neil Strickland retired and his son is running it now. We feel it is being run very poorly with our problem and the problems our two neighbors had. Of the four roofs, the only one with no problem, is the one that has sat empty for several years.
