the work was done well at a price that was more than fair ,, the old saying is (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ) and that is more than true with this company,, i would gladly refer this company to anyone looking to have work done around there home

James of Nearly New Homes does a great job at communicating and keeping you abreast to any changes on a project. He is polite and his staff courteous. I had minor roof repaired, gutters and house washed.
