Our house was contracted to be build in 180 days. That was over a year ago... still not done. Poor workmanship, delays, delays, delays. Communication was never good, subs did low quality work AND now we have liens on our property. Bragged about a program to track progress that was never updated. Said you would always know where you were on budget - they could never tell us. Said all the money you saved on choices you would get to use elsewhere, I guess meaning to them. They were disorganized, NEVER on schedule and we felt our home was built by the lowest bidder. We would highly recommend you research carefully before hiring. Remember they will only give you names of happy customers.
