Newport, WA
We had 225lnft of Cedar fence with metal posts installed last year (2019). All in all, we were happy with the quality of the fence, with the exception that they didn’t use galvanized or Stainless steel fasteners. As the photo shows, severe bleeding after the first year (which means the staples will probably fail in a couple years, and it’s impossible to cover the ugliness.)
We had to keep track of the crew, as it seemed that there were several persons in charge of each phase of the construction. In addition, They didn’t seem to work well together.
They did use quality materials and for the most part constructed with quality. After digging holes for metal posts, I inspected, and some holes were not deep enough. I had to point this out to the crew leader.
Having been in construction myself, I realize how hard it is to have several crews operating at the same time, while you are busy putting out fires, and securing future work. Contacting Randy by phone usually got the issues attended to.
I would hire them again, but now I know what to watch out for.
