Neil is a perfectionist and there is nothing he can't do. You will not be disappointed in Mr. Schlader's work. He is fair, honest and extremely hard working. Everything he does is to a "T."

Neil's work is second to none. Neil did a bathroom remodel for us and it looks spectacular. Worksite was kept immaculate, he performed in the time frame we had talked about, he offered many valuable recommendations to either save or enhance finished product.
Biggest selling point for me was how he kept the "Boss" (wife) happy. We have done multiple projects with other contractors in the past and I always have to hear about what was done wrong, or not on schedule, or damage to adjacent areas. None of that with Neil Schlader Construction. She is already talking about wanting him to work on the next project because of how pleased she is with his work.
Would definitely recommend!
