Neira solved a big problem I use to have, regarding my sidewalk. Rain use to run in my garage from sidewalk. I called previously 5 contractors which they run away from this cement work, saying they can't guaranty to stop water. Neira explained to me how will replace the the concrete in the shape that will make water running to the street.
He supplied the work permit and performed this work. Few hours after completion, was a heavy rain coming. I checked in the rain and I observed how water was going to the street and not to may garage. when rain stopped he call me to check about results. I was so happy. The price for this work was incredibly low. I highly recommend him. Good man.
