    What an experience! This is our first time opening a business so we relied on our contractor’s recommendation. Should have done more research. In the beginning the sign contractor was wonderful. Easy to get along with and wanted to give us the world. After putting the sign up he disappeared. Some of our letters were crooked. We texted and called him. No response. After saying we were going taking him to small claims court he finally called back. It was a very heated conversation with much profanity used. Finally he agreed to come back and fix the sign. However it was the same as before. Now we have to spend more money finding another contractor to straighten the crooked letters. Please reconsider using this company.
