    I absolutely would not recommend Steve Harris/NEPA Pro Builders for any job. We hired Steve on April 15, 2021 (per the signed contract) to renovate our bathroom. We have one bathroom in our home. He was "here" for six weeks - about once a week each time only for 1-4 hours per visit. He promised that the ONE bathroom we have for our family would be done in two weeks. It got so bad that we eventually fired him.

    Six months later and we are still trying to get our bathroom put back together after wasting thousands on Steve Harris/NEPA Pro Builders. We are disgusted and 10000% DO NOT recommend this "contractor" to come within a thousand feet of any home renovation project.

    Hello Lois I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment with us, Unfortunately this job wasn't a positive experience like the prior jobs we successfully completed, when homeowners decide to change their minds multiple times during the remodeling process it leads to extra cost and long delays, sorry we couldn't meet your expectations

    Absolutely TERRIBLE! Paid Steve (half up front) for a kitchen remodel on Dec 22nd, 2020. It is now April 13, 2021. The remodel is no where near complete. He has never spent more than an hour doing any work, and has only been by a hand full of times. We have contacted him time and time again to ask when he will be by to work with him always having an excuse as to why it’s taken this long, and that he will come on such and such day and never shows up. This guy likes running off with peoples money and not completing the job.

It’s important to us that our customers are more than satisfied , Times have changed and we acknowledge customers have medical marijuana cards, but as a professional company we can not preform work in a residence while homeowners are smoking while employees are working it's a liability and bad for business,sorry again for not meeting your expectations

    I wouldn’t recommend this contractor to anyone Steve Harris isn’t licensed to do work in Hanover or Wilkes Barre I contracted his company to do a deck in my home in Hanover he took a large deposit and lied about permits and purchasing product I am in the process of filing charges and taking him to court for his dishonest business practices buyers beware ask to see licenses and insurance before conteacting with this company he defrauded me and others

We can’t fix the past but you have my personal commitment to improve the way our staff serves every customer. Please accept my sincerest apologies, As a small business owner I've never experienced what a bad reputation a company can get from reviews till now, Also never had been to court proceedings weeks prior to a contract start date in litigation while the customers already received thier deposit back, 4yrs later my company is still distressed and questioned by multiple reviews left on multiple websites, But I've learned alot from this experience, a real eye opener on business and customer relations, I'll strive to do better
