Nepino Enterprises

I contracted Nepino Enterprise to do a major remodeling of our dream house, They also changed $40k adder for work which was to be included but was advised either I pay him else he will walk away after paying him almost $200k in less than 6 months since we started our project with him. The job took fourteen + months instead of the initial estimate of five to six months. The workers were careless and caused dirt, dust and soot to ruin much of my flooring, windows, kitchen etc. He took all payments in advance with adder of $40k and completed 90% of the work & disappeared. Stopped taking our calls & stopped answering our text, I will not recommend to sign any contract with him, not trust worthy, find some better contractor.

We did a major gut Renovation to our home with Neil Pradhanang at Nepino enterprises. Had a lot of issues. Over budget, over time. His sub contractors were horrible. I’m still finding mistakes in our home. Just today found the plumbing line to our kitchen and dishwasher mismatched and feeding cold water to dishwasher in hot water lines. Lots of sloppy work. Messed up new installed floors, New bathroom leaks, sewage water spilled into new floors, electrical lines installed incorrectly and mislabeled at box. Way to many issues to explain and these were the minor ones. Not to mention late, barely onsite, missed lots of calls and emails. I had to call from a different number at the end just to get him to answer. Just not worth it. Find someone else.

If there was anything less than 1 star, that would be our rating. We hired them for big home improvement project. They managed to mess up in almost every aspect of the job. Messy and unprofessional. Very slow working. Cut corners and did more harm to the house than good. Had to find a new contractor. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire Nepino Enterprises.

I had 2 separate projects for this contractor. The first one involved cementing a patio and redirecting water away from the rear area of the house. Very pleased with the work. After that we gave him the contract to re-point our front porch and replace the cement landing on the porch. The repointing of the brick was done well, but the cement landing started to crack almost immediately after completion and has 2 large crack running through it. Also the edges around the landing were not sealed correctly, possibly causing the cracks to occur. We contacted N. as soon as we saw what was happened. He did come to look at it and stated how he was going to correct it. He stated he would be coming in the a few weeks, then he was tied up with other jobs and would definitely get to us in 2 weeks, then a month, then said I will be there on Saturday. We spend months trying to get him to deal with the cracks, to no avail. So we are stuck with a porch landing that has cracks in it. Could not recommend him because of this experience.
