This company should not be used by anyone who cares about their pool's health! I am a home owner who rents my home out in Florida while I reside in California, thank God my tenants have the smallest bit of pool knowledge or I would've been in big trouble with my pool! They do not answer their phones, take days if not a week or more to call you back, their pool cleaners are not experienced, and the cleaners do not obey the wishes of the home owners they clean for. If it wasn't for the patience of my tenants I would've cancelled this service months ago right after I started it. Filters were not cleaned, waste baskets not emptied or emptied where they were requested not to bed, and the pool was so murky the bottom couldn't be seen; which required my tenants to spend their own money to shock the pool when that service is already being paid for! Do not, I repeat do not use Neptune Pool and Spa Inc. Trust me their promotional prices are not worth it! I wish they had a Yelp, Facebook, or website so I could leave this same review for everyone to see.
