Nesh Heating & Cooling

My central air conditioner quit working overnight on 08 August 2025 -- one of those extremely hazy, hot, and humid nights that give us elderly asthmatics a hard time breathing. Once Nesh Heating & Cooling received my information from my appliance insurance, the owner called and set up a time to come look at it. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and got my AC up and running in no time. I highly recommend Nesh Heating & Cooling, and will definitely use them again.

Worst customer service that has happened twice now. The only reason I have had experiences with Nesh is they are working through a home warranty company. After the first time he came to simply hose off my ac unit then said it needs to be replaced, I called someone else who had it up and running in 15 minutes. WhenI told him he called me a liar. I had another issue now where they did the same thing, hosed it off and said replace the filter. Another technician has it up and running again. When he was told about others being able to fix what he couldn't he got defensive and started screaming. Worst experience I've had with any provider, it's worth sitting in a hot house than dealing with him. Unless it's a very simple fix this "technician" has no idea what they are doing.

I recommend Nesh Heating and Cooling. It was luck of the draw, my home warranty company sent them out to look at my ac. Very honest and helpful, no up selling at all. I will continue to use them and will tell all my friends about them.

We won’t ever go through any other heating/cooling company. It’s hard to even describe the quality of service these guys provided to us. We have had several companies out to our home to repair our air handler and Nesh was by far the most professional, the most knowledgeable and overall the only company that seemed to care about us being without heat. Call them, you won’t regret it!

Nesh Heating and Cooling was very responsive. We had no heat during a very cold night. Nelson was very responsive and worked very hard to quickly get our furnace up and running quickly. We would highly recommend them. Jan W

After our AC quit, I was referred to Nesh by my home warranty company. Nelson said he could come between 5:00-6:00pm. He actually arrived early at 4:35pm and went to work getting the problem fixed. He took time to explain everything he was doing and even though he had two more appointments after me, he took time to hose off our outside unit and not rush through our service call. They replaced the coils in our air conditioning. They were very courteous, and completed the job as they said they would. They were timely and clean and did a good job getting it completed.
We used them again when our air conditioning quit on a Sunday, we called them and they came out that evening and replaced a capacitor to get the system working. We highly recommend them, and plan to use them for all of our air conditioning and heating needs.

Same-day service, on a Saturday, with a successful repair. Can't ask for better than that. We had just returned from vacation, in June, to a furnace of a house. The temp inside felt like an oven. It was almost 90 degrees in our bedroom. Truly felt like the heater was on. Called Nesh Heating & Cooling, on a Saturday afternoon, and Nelson said he could come out after he finished another job. And he did. Turns out our thermostat was toast, and he had one in his van. Back to a comfortable sleeping temp by nightfall. Reliable. Fixed the problem without any upsell. The reason I called Nelson was because he'd done work for us in the past, and both times have been great. Sincerely satisfied. -David in Overland Park

Nelson went above the call of duty with my service. My AC was down the whole month of June and I had to battle with the warranty company. Nelson called and text me with fluid updates and was willing to come out whenever he could get the parts. Nelson was here within hours of me opening a ticket after 5pm on a Monday evening. Then when the part did arrive, he and Jack picked it up and installed it on a Friday night, they left my house close to 9pm and worked in the dark to finish it up. Very happy with the team and will always use Nelson in the future. I already have another project with my humidifier planned that I will use Nelson for. 5 STARS!

The representative of this company was extremely rude. They had zero consideration for my time and a snarky attitude. Would not recommend wasting your time dealing with this unprofessional company.

The employee everytime on phone has been super rude and snippy.... they came out 2 weeks ago replaced so many things an ever since still been having trouble to where they have to come back out cause the problem is still not fixed an the guy is being as rude as before still.... I highly don't recommend them and if I could I'd use someone else and did let my home warranty company know as well so they can note for any other times i would like a different company

The employee was extremely rude on the phone. Scheduled for 4 to 5 called at 7 even more rude. Told him nevermind and he just hung up on me. Not good and he never stepped foot in my home.
