This company are extremely unprofessional and more so they are straight up thieves. Aik is a complete liar. We had a proposal from them to the the basement waterproofing done, and have agreed on the price. We gave him a deposit, but did not sign a contract. When we found out he couldn't start as soon as we needed him, and due to other issues we told him we could not proceed with his offer at the time. He told us he already deposited the check but will refund it asap. It has been months and many lies and excuses, he even told me that he already send the check back, but it was all a lie. This before doing any business with such a company or even better think before giving them any money. No work has been performed, no contract has been signed but he gladly deposited the check.

Aik and his team are professionals. We had a persistent water intrusion problem that varied with weather conditions and that looks to have been solved by Neuehaus Studios. The workers were all incredibly polite and clean, and conscientious, and the team was also flexible enough to change our approach to repairs with new information.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! -
