Beware of Ray Nevin. He is a total scam artist, liar, and fraud. He does not stand by his work. Had concrete /stucco done by him and within a months the concrete was cracked and the stucco off of the wall. He promised he would be back to fix it. After months of calling/texting... He never answered or stopped by. He also told me that he put wire mesh under the stucco and he never did. BEWARE
