His dad was fighting cancer and it was to be an emergency permit which was never applied for. He tried to take over job and his mom wouldn't let him. The plumber fixed his issue the duct work runs through the slab from garage to crawl space 50 years in concrete thats where the rust came from and it is documented that rust repair had to be done to allow for new heat run. The foundation was cracked prior to this job, water running up against foundation which is why we had to replace garage floor slab because it cracked and dropped 2 inches. My tile and plaster is flawless still there and my plaster work is loved by the painters that follow me. I have been in business 40 yrs with never a problem and this punk is pissed because mom said no. I have now filed a complaint with Medford, I have retired and I want my name cleared from this punks slander, and I didnt work for him I worked for his parents who payed me. I had my downstairs remodeled, walls torn down , pipes and wiring rerouted. New painting. Also, Complete kitchen remodel, changing from electric to gas, tile flooring and backsplash. New sink and counter tops. Ceiling fans installed as dining room chandelier hung also
Another project was gutting master bath. New soaking tub, sink, vanity and lighting, tiled tub and floor. All Beautiful jobs.

This is not a reputable contractor. We hired him to add a bathroom to our home, and since we have incurred thousands of dollars of repairs. The plumber he hired did not connect the pipes correctly under the slab which caused water to leak under the foundation. As a result we had to replace all the plumbing, replace our duct work that rotted out as a result of the leak, and have the foundation repaired by another contractor. Also, his finish work was below average, drywall repairs are poor and tile work is very poor. We have to redo all of his work with a new contractor. He has cost us tens of thousands of dollars for his poor workmanship, I would use extreme caution with hiring this company for any work.
