This is a letter of recommendation for Nate Ferguson, the owner of New Age Concrete, 178 N. Douglas, Bradley, IL 60915, phone 815-666-7108.
We had him put in a concrete driveway for us at the beginning of April 2015, and he did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him. Let me tell you why.
First, his quote for our driveway was over $1500 LESS than another local competitor.
Second, he gave us choices of design for our driveway that were FREE; his competitor could have done those extra things too, but the competitor would have charged us extra for anything "out of the ordinary."
Third, Nate and his employees did everything they said they would. Nate told us when they would arrive, what work they would do that day and where they would park their equipment. And then he and his employees DID what he said they would do.
Fourth, and VERY IMPORTANT TO ME, Nate communicated with us on every aspect of the project. He'd call whenever he was planning to come work on our driveway. We would set something up with him, and the night before he would call us again to make sure we knew he was coming and to see if there was anything else he needed to know before he came.
Fifth, and probably most important, the finished concrete driveway his company put in for us looks fantastic and was done in a timely fashion.
Sixth, Nate and his workers cleaned up afterwards. My husband and I decided we also needed some more rock delivered for the rest of the drive, and Nate brought that in too. It was an additional charge, but it was affordable and he saved us from having to arrange it with someone else. He also spread it for us and leveled our driveway.
Nate always seems to go above and beyond what most companies do, and he cares about what the customer wants and what the customer thinks of the final product he gives them. He wants his customer to be satisfied, AND WE WERE!
