My house looks worse now than it did with the hail damage. Once they replaced the roof, they said they would be back in one week. They came back 10 months later, but it wasn't Brian or Clint, they sent 3-4 other people to side the house. Two sides of the house were to have new siding, and the third side was to have old siding used to piece the few places that were chipped, as long as the color matched. The insurance company was clear that they would renegotiate the settlement if needed to be sure all of the siding matched in color. New Age was given the Insurance paperwork with all of the repairs on the roof, siding, windows, gutters, down-spouts... and walked through everything the insurance company had said. Their initial estimate was not high enough to cover all of the work, so after seeing the insurance paperwork, and the amount of money I would be getting, they increased their estimate by $3000. The roof did not have all of the repairs made; the siding was cut too short, exposing the house when it expands/contracts; the siding is 3 different colors on the north side of the house; the siding bulges on both the north and south ends of the west side of the house; pieces of the siding keep popping off what it should be snapped to.... I have been trying for over 2 years to work with them to have them fix what was not done correctly, but, they will not fix the problems that the people they sent out to do the work created. If Brian and Clint would have done the work themselves it might have been done correctly, but they did not take care of this customer, and keep ignoring my requests to fix my house. I would not recommend them to anyone in a residential area.
