I hired New Beginning Building Remodeling in March of 2023 to renovate my home in Minden, LA . Initially, I was impressed with their proposal and communication. However, the experience quickly turned negative. The work was frequently delayed, the contractor went weeks without communication and when it was done, the quality was far below what was promised. I also discovered that subcontractors were not being paid, leading to additional costs for myself.
I tried to address these issues with the owner Jerimiah Kelly multiple times, but my concerns were either ignored or met with excuses. Despite several attempts to get them back on track, the problems persisted. After months of frustration, no correspondence and no progress, I had no choice but to terminate the contract. I ended up hiring another contractor to finish the job, which added to the overall cost and stress.
I would not recommend New Beginning Building Remodeling to anyone looking for reliable and professional work. The experience was a costly and stressful mistake that I hope others can avoid.
