  I would not recommend New Creation garage builders Garage looks beautiful but since day 1 every time that it rains is water comes inside the garage from every corner of the garage supposedly they were going to fix it but is been almost 4 or 5 years since they build my garage and every time that it rains is
  Water inside they were still working on the electricity the first time that it rain so they were advised by the problem but they never fix it so disappointed on spending 17 k with trhem

  We are very pleased with our final product. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the timeline. We signed our contract in September and our garage was completed on February 20, 2023. That being said, we had a lot of concrete work done. It looks great. I was unhappy with how the concrete was done around my wooden steps and that was remedied that day. Each crew that was sent were hard, respectable workers. I would recommend this company.

  Build a Garage

  **BEWARE of The CONTRACT!!**
  April 30, 2021, I took New Creations Builders to court for damaging my existing driveway while building my new garage (completed July 19, 2019). The Garfield courts dismissed the charges, because New Creations Builders have a clause in their contract that states "Contractor cannot guarantee any cracks or Spalding to new or existing concrete/driveway/garage pads/asphalt, but does guarantee that he will use a gravel base.....etc. In other words, this clause in their contract allows them to damage what you and I have worked so hard to preserve and maintain and get away with it. They took no precautions to protect my existing driveway by dropping chunks of old concrete and driving heavy equipment over it causing $3000 worth of damage. If I had to build a garage again, I would NOT recommend this company. Their customer service is horrible! The owner does not return your calls. And most importantly, they do not take responsibility nor accountability for their negligence. Also keep in mind, the courts are always going to side with big business and the judicial system is such a joke when it comes to the consumers.

  Garage roof

  I would not recommend New Creation garage builders to anyone. they don't deserve the money I paid them to put my roof on. They are sloppy and inconsiderate of the people that they work for. This company rushes the job and doesn't have anyone to inspect the job once it is complete. Getting them to return phone calls is like pulling teeth. They take the money and run.

  their "salesman" had no idea what he was selling and sold me a garage he said would hold my truck. It was too small and I had to pay more to alter the garage. The cement layers left concrete all over the yard and sidewalk. Calls were not returned. I only reason I even give them one star is because the Amish builders did a good job.

  bathroom remodel

  i would not tell anyone to use new creation builders. they destroyed my bathroom. they did not have a permit. we have many code violations. the plumbing is a mess. there's 2 traps. the paint bubbled and peeled after 3 showers. have to roll up carpet and put towels and buckets because water pours out of pipes. the toilet is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXeyed to the left. light hanging off by wires. stuffed the floor vent with demo debris big pieces of the old walls, pieces of insulation, dirt, garbage. the grout is 3 different colors. ruined the window. ripped it all out then doesn't know how to replace. around window can feel places there's no drywall. it feels like painted over paper or tape. reused old ugly floor vent, instead of spending 10 bucks for a new vent. then calked it to the tile floor. when asked cantrell said everyone (remodelers) stuffs the debris in the vent. that's the way you do it. that's pathetic. he threw the buckets of grout water out the bathroom window. it went all down the house and on the air-conditioning unit. he had no respect for his job or our home. we found out later. we asked the man he sent to work on our bathroom how many bathrooms had he done. he told us he does floor installation. not bathrooms. he said mike cantrell did not want to lose our job so he sent him. knowing that he didn't have the proper skills to do it correctly. mike cantrell misrepresented himself and he lied. we took him to court and he was made to pay. the judge garnished his account. he didn't willingly make things right but at least the court and judge forced him to.
