Quite possibly the worst experience i have had with a contractor. Steve was really nice right away. Responsive, competitive pricing, etc. Once i gave him the half down, he wouldnt return phone calls, texts, or emails. 2 months later i have a half finished shed and no door. We compromised with a 10% discount on the overall price which then led to him 'not finding the time to finish things up.' I ended up cancelling the contract with him and found another guy who finished the shed in 1 day. Not sure how a company run like this can exist much longer. If you are considering New Creations, i would advise you to continue look elsewhere for someone who value their clients.
