    There is a lot of room for him to improve, the tile job he did has a substantial amount of problems. I’m fact it’s has taken me months to hide some of the problema with some major ones that are of a lot significant concern. Not only that he wasted a substantial amount of material and left the room a complete mess with tile mortar on the tub, floor, window, and hallway. The bathtub spout is not properly attached and I can twist and wiggle the copper pipe around when it should be completely secure and shouldn’t move. I highly recommend not hiring him as it would cost more money and time to repair his mess.

    Small Multi-Family Remodel (2-4 Units) project

    Increased his price when he went to pick up materials. Made me feel hostage cuz he had all my kitchen cabinets already. I made excuse that I couldn't pay more but I would pay him to deliver the cabinets for $80. He agreed then 15 min later called and said it would be $180. I had to agree. When he delivered. One cabinet was damaged.

    Hey Sunny! The reason your job didn’t go as plan is because you was kind of rude by tellingme to hurry up at Home Depot. Which I have no control on call in orders. You call it in and hope they have the order completed. That’s how Home Depot works. Also it was combination of the work environment you wanted me to work in. We both almost gagged and had to cover our faces to enter the apartment. After communicating I didn’t want the job. I asked you, do want me to pick it up for fee or do you want me to leave at Home Depot. You opted to pay fee. No one works with rude people or terrible work conditions. I hope this helps you like it help me learn. Thank you
