New Dynamics Construction

This is a text sent to our project manager regarding just a few of the many many many problems we had with New Dynamics Construction
Joey this is steve, my turn. when i looked at the bathroom this morning they had put the cabinet that goes above the toilet over the sink. the towel bar that goes on the bathroom door was above the toilet and they were going to hang the mirror on the back of the door whe i explained to them the errors they replyed that's what joell told us to do, period. players reflect the attiude of their coaches and unfortunately the coach joell is inept and nothing more than a wanna be contractor. My wife and i are tired joey this is by far one of the worst experiences we've ever dealt with . It is no reflection on you or his workers it is a reflection on his ineptness. We are tired of being blamed for things because we answered incorrectly for example the cabinet above the toilet and how high it should above the toilet why should i even have been asked that simple contractor question which Google says is 24 inches. Joey the light switch in the bathroom is 30 years old and broken we told Joell it needed to be replaced he quoted it as an upstairs light switch mistakenly which was no big deal we figured he'd get it yet here we are. Joey joell and i also had a conversation about replacing ALL appliances in the kitchen as long as we came in under budget he said sure no problem we spent 12 hours picking out cheaper materials so we could these appendages ie a stove and refrigerator i even texted my realtor about the call. Yet when i texted him the other day about the appliances i got crickets, a verbal agreement is also binding. Joey my wife and i have no problem paying people what we owe them we also will not be ripped off by someone it's just not gonna happen. I feel bad that his payroll relies on this one job, we will not be guilted into paying for an unfinished job. Joey today whoever was working in our bathroom came and told me once the tub was finished the job was complete and joell would like payment today, i explained to him that joell would need talk to paula,when she came home she found the mirror barely clinging to the wall with the hole from the medicine cabinet never fixed, no fixtures in our bathroom sink etc. And yet according to joell he wanted paid for a finished job.
We will pay when all have been met it's really that simple. It's unfortunate that Joell made such an egregious mistake on the electrical and decided to blame the home owner and it seems like we all lost money and very valuable time on that mistake. Anyway we look forward to ending our relationship with new dynamics construction as soon as the obligations are met.
