I've used Kaleb for 3 years now and up until now have been very pleased. I hired him this past October 2025 to run plumbing and water to my new she shed. He also volunteered to do the finish work for me at a lower rate than I was originally quoted. Since I've used him for so long with no issues I thought we'd developed a nice, cohesive working relationship. He not only took near $4000 for "supplies," I trusted him and forwarded him approximately $2000 to pay his workers and get them through the Christmas holidays. Since the first week of December, he has completely ghosted me. He left the plumbing 1/3 done and managed 1 of 4 walls of insultation for the money I gave him. He did not leave the supplies he supposedly got at my location - he's just taken my money and is gone. Won't return calls, won't respond to texts or emails. I left voice mails letting him know if something is going on, just say so. If it's another job that's urgent - say somebody's water burst - it's winter, thats an emergency - I get it, take care of that first over my she shed. Just please don't ghost me. NOTHING. I've had nothing from him. I've looked at reviews and it seems in the last year this has become a repeat offense - at least 1/2 dozen other folks left reviews on Yelp, Home Advisor and Angie's List of the same behavior. Shame on you Kaleb - just shame on you. You'll be seeing me in small claims court. Anyone else Kaleb has stolen from is welcome to reach out and we'll confront the judge with all our claims together.
