Chose this company after reading great reviews and so glad I did! When I called to explain my water issue Cassandra was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and did not try to oversell me. Will came out to look at the basement within days and was very much the same. I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and communication as well as a clean jobsite when all was complete. Will, Tony and Ian installed a sump pump and poured 2 concrete stairs in my bulkhead. They showed up on time, did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend! Great company!

After finding water in one room of our finished basement I called New England Foundation Crack Repair after reading reviews and talking to a previous customer.
After meeting with Will I made an appointment to have the foundation crack repaired. We knew pretty well where the crack was going to be based on the topography of the ground above. So, after removing the drywall, sure enough the crack, from floor to top, was right there.
Once the crack location was verified, Tony from the company came and did the needed repair.
Tony arrived for the appointment. He repaired the crack. I was with him the whole time of the repair. When I had questions he gladly took the time to answer them. Tony was polite, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He did his work and when he was finished he did leave the area in the same condition as when he arrived, very neat.
I would definitely use this company again. Cassandra, the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

This business was professional, communicative, and on time from my initial inquiry to when the job was performed. When I initially called, they were able to get someone out to provide a quote within 2 weeks and had me booked within another couple weeks. I was provided a quote online, and that's what I ended up paying. No fine print. Everything was completely transparent. William and another person came to do the actual sump pump installation. They were on time and finished a rather challenging installation (the pipe exit needed to be in a different room than the actual pump) within 4 hours or so. He explained everything to me clearly and was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would absolutely recommend these guys if you're looking for any kind of basement repair/waterproofing.

Holes and crumbling mortar in our foundation were repaired and we paid an additional $200 for the outside West-facing foundation skirt to be repaired as well. Will and his workmate were courteous and patient about explaining the work to be done and then expedited. Super glad to get this work done. Thanks!
