I have used New England Modernizing for 2 large projects on my Victorian in JP. I cannot recommend Pat Moriarty and his team highly enough. I've never seen such a lovely and organized contractor. Pat was great to work with on our home. He even came on a Sunday to repair the old original roof when we called about shingles being blown off, before reroofing the whole house. He did exterior shingles, and interior stairs, and hardwood floors, closed up duplicate doorways, built a huge deck, and put a deck on the upstairs porch, His work is great, and I would call him to work on anything in my home again.
